Connecting to a remote server without a dedicated IP?

Hello.

There is a certain remote server in a vacuum, whose only Internet access is organized through 3/4G.
It is required once a day to remotely connect to it (through special software) for half an hour - an hour and drive video traffic.
It is not possible to make changes to the server configuration, only setting up the machine and the router (which is also a kind of router in a vacuum, with the ability to install alternative firmware).

The question is: how to give a remote server a static external IP?
I know that there is a VPN, but in this case you need an intermediary server, which is not available.

logmein hamachi and analogues. This is the same VPN, but the configuration is greatly simplified and the intermediary is already done for you. If you just need to look at the screen, then either the teamviewer named above or the classic logmein free (installed as a service, gives access to the screen) will do.

Perhaps dyndns (or equivalents) will do? en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DynDNS

install teamviewer and quietly connect to the server in a vacuum. The intermediary server is the "teamviewer" server;)

If you have a dedicated IP (or at least a dynamic IP with the ability to connect from outside), then you can use the zebedee program . With it, you can create a tunnel through which you can forward ports.
