In most devices, they calculate the coordinates themselves and it is impossible to influence their calculation (this is a note about the previous position). Of course, you can write raw data, but usually they are used in post-processing and are time-consuming. If you don't drive 500 km from your old place in an hour, then a hot start will be quick.
