Why not use GPS trackers? Especially if everything is set voluntarily? Unless the cost of the device (tracker) can confuse.
All taxi drivers have different phones. Even if there is such a program, it will not be universal. What works on an android is unlikely to run on an iPhone. And if someone God forbid Nokia 3310 -)))
