Tinted glass (plastic) for the display?

Good afternoon!
I want to hide the display (OLED) as if behind tinted glass, but so that the brightness does not drop too much.
It’s like here:

I tried to take a piece of ordinary plexiglass, put a car tint on it and it seems to be what you need, BUT it’s still a film and it peels off at the edges of the screen + it’s not very convenient to glue. I tried to ask advertisers for transparent colored acrylic - either there is too little tinting and all the giblets are visible, or too much and the brightness drops very much.
Can you please tell me what keywords to google the material for? Maybe there is on Aliexpress (separately from the sets)?

In the same place where car tinting is sold, sometimes varnish for tinting lamps is also sold.
This is such a special varnish with a light shade, each new layer of varnish makes the degree of darkening stronger.
To preserve the brightness, you need to match the color of the varnish to the color of the glow of the display (of course, if the display is single-color), that is, you do not need to hide the display with blue behind gray varnish.

There is a choice of "density" dimming. This is just an example. There are many such lots.

Try "Colored plastic sheet", and then look through ... I managed to find this one , and then go to "similar products" and "products from another seller". I think you'll understand.
