I decided to look for circuits, but found only scraps (such as power supply, comparator, etc.). The problem is to find the FPU circuit (photodetector). And in general, the complete scheme of the simplest laser rangefinder. Help me find.

Well, serious rangefinders still work according to other principles - the pulse detects how long the reflected light will return (you need a very accurate timer, expensive ) and the phase modulates the beam and measures the phase shifts (you need a processor).
