Laptop won't start after replacing thermal paste?

Cleaned a Dell 4300 laptop. I removed the heatsink and washed off the old thermal paste with plenty of alcohol. After that, the board lay on the table for two hours. Having installed the mp in the tray, I decided to start it - it started, worked for a minute or two under the processor, the beginning (it is soldered into the board) boil, "stumble". I dried it with a hairdryer, after which the mp starts for 7 seconds. and turns off. Alcohol killed?

most likely the alcohol has not dried under the process, there is not enough space there. rinse again, carefully look at all the elements and leave to dry on the battery for a day, or direct the hair dryer without heating "under" percent for an hour.
maybe killed... :(
