Time manager like WinLog Assist?

There used to be a cool program - WinLog Assist. But now it is not supported, and you can not buy a license.
When I try to buy, they offer me to buy StaffLogger, which has a lot of extra features, and cut down exactly those that I liked in WinLog Assist.
Actually, what is needed ... So that the program catches the name of the active process (firefox.exe for example), and writes the time spent in the program in the table opposite the name. Well, so that after 2 minutes of inactivity it stops tracking time. Graphics are not needed.
Who knows an alternative?
