How to work productively in the morning, being a "night owl"?
Good day to all.
Thought about a pretty pressing issue for me. In general, I began to notice a long time ago that, closer to the late evening (22-00), my productivity increases significantly, my brain activity is fully activated.
I hardly wake up in the morning, although I devote at least 8 hours to sleep, and even then, this is not enough for me. I can’t eat well, I don’t drink coffee, I don’t do active sports (I used to only go to the gym - it didn’t help).
I can’t concentrate normally, I can’t work to the fullest, although there are no external factors for this.
The material read/heard is very poorly remembered, in general, it is not possible to work in the morning to the full extent.
But at night I can do what I could not do for a couple of hours or days.
But no one cares about this, everyone wants work in the morning and no one cares what your chronotype is.
Therefore, I would very much like to hear the advice of people like me, because this is a really serious problem. Maybe you somehow solved this problem, maybe you know how to overcome it at least partially? Tell me, I will be glad for any advice.

You need running and cardio
Inability to concentrate does not depend on your rhythm - this is discipline
Alcohol is never needed
Medicines are not needed until you have a clinical case

At night, the brain works better from fatigue. disconnects from external stimuli and he has no choice but to concentrate on just one task. It's not very good actually.
Agree with previous posts. Yes, the whole problem is discipline and low physical activity. Sports help you concentrate better, sleep better, etc. Discipline and work planning. All the stories about me like this are nothing more than a statement that a person is weak-willed and unable to take responsibility for himself!
