How to achieve high efficiency from the work performed and orders?
Interested in the issue of effective delegation of orders in the person of their executor: discussion, construction of stages, derivation of prices and terms, implementation, feedback from the customer, testing, delivery. How is it accepted, how do you do it, norms, rules, task managers, etc.? The question, in my opinion, is for experienced ones who have matured to private executors of large orders, I think that you have some experience in project management and your time

I will most likely answer as an adjacent link, I will try to structure the information myself, well, maybe I will prompt someone to think.
I have several people with whom I constantly work (about 7). From them there are constant orders (rather voluminous, etc.). Now to the crux of the issue.
What I do:
1. All tasks, all customers throw me in Trello. They are also listed in order of importance.
2. It happens that these are tasks to fix something, and so on, little things in general. It is on such trifles that most of the time is spent, so we indicate the degree of importance.
3. Completed the task, moved it to the Done category. The client himself then checks again whether everything is fine, after which, if necessary, he writes comments and so on in the same place. All this business is always available to me from the application, or from the desktop, notifications, etc. - a useful thing. In general, we do not waste time on empty chatter.
This is for small tasks. When it comes to projects.
1. TK is sent, discussion. At this stage, just the lion's share of the time is spent, but without it in any way. After that, I simply do the work according to the points of the TOR, skip something if a lot of time is spent and it can be skipped.
2. I report on the intermediate work, I send TK with selected fragments, what I did. Discuss ambiguities, if any.
3. The second most time-consuming stage is finishing, here usually the whole thing drags on for several days (you expect something from the customer, he expects something from the designer, etc.). As a rule, the entire project at this stage is done, you just need to straighten it.
4. If the project is really done and all the little things are left to the customer, then I do the simplest tasks from the next project. I believe that any project can be divided into subprojects, which, in turn, into even simpler tasks. In general, crushing is our everything.
I won’t say anything sensible about time management, I’m trying to figure it out myself, but I advise:
1. work strictly according to a certain schedule (normal work or your personal one, the main thing is that the number of working hours is adequate).
2. it happens that you need to do something at night, because something happened, if your fault - you work and that's it, if the customer offers you to finish the new module at 5 in the morning because he forgot about it, and hand it over at 7 in the morning , raise the price for the project and work, or refuse to do it (it is fraught with anything).
3. To increase the efficiency of your own need to rest. Be sure to walk outside 1-1.5 hours a day. It helps to unload the head and there will be no health problems (like a person who got caught on this and got a whole bunch of mental disorders - I highly recommend), physical activity, and do not forget about the eyes. Every 40-60 minutes, let your eyes rest (you can do 5-minute gymnastics).
For prices and terms, there is already like everyone is much. I was able to fill my hand a little and just by reading the technical specifications I voiced the price + 10-15% in case of unforeseen edits, etc. Someone recommends setting a price for each item of TK, but I think this is not always a winning option, because getting an adequate TK is a gift.
