How to tell employees about software updates?

Guys, hello. Help, advice. We are developing and periodically for the site employees (about 30 people) changes in functionality / interface are rolled out.
How to communicate this information to them in a more or less acceptable form in advance? Now ideas can only be written in telegrams, but somehow I don’t really like it.

The application itself must contact the specified url and learn about the availability of a new version.
And display a notification window to the user.

1. Corporate mail and distributions.
2. Telegram notifier bot.
2. Store the version in cookies, when trying to access the site, check if the client has an outdated version - display a window notifying that the version has changed.

Alternatively, the application offers to upgrade to a new version and shows a list of future changes.
You can try a pop-up window after the update to display information about the changes and a button for feedback, such as familiar with the changes.
