How to import tasks from tracker to MS Project?
There is Redmine, which is remarkably able to export data to CSV, there is MS Project 365 Pro, which, apparently, should import this data.

When loading issues from the table, everything is fine (well, or almost satisfactory), but of course, you need to load the updated data of the issues, for this I add a custom field Issue ID, select "Merge data with the current project ", specifying the # column and the Issue ID field as the uniqueness key. Voila, and each task is repeated as many times as I do the import. Has anyone encountered such a problem?
Additionally, I would like the responsible ones to be transferred, just the correspondence Assigned -> The name of the resources also does not work, because a new resource is created for each task despite the same names.
