Where can I get a good collaboration notebook?

Hello!
For a long time, for various needs, I use notepads on piratepad.net where you can quite comfortably work with several colleagues online, use chat, save the state of the notepad for a certain time and monitor text changes by colleagues online and with the help of a timeline that goes into the past tense.
The bad thing is that notebooks are not protected from vandalism, and the project itself has not been developed for a long time. I am sure that more experienced colleagues know good alternatives to which it will be possible to translate team work on text and code (usually in small scripts, so no special "sharpening" is required from services).

The former Google Wave could theoretically be used: incubator.apache.org/wave/about.html

If the syntax is not required, then even google docs will do.

Maybe just git and bitbucket/github? And instead of plain text like markdown?
