What system do you use to organize and manage files on a project?
Good afternoon,
after some time of work in IT projects, the issue of organizing the process became acute.
If things are generally simple with tasks and communications - the process is organized in JIRA, communication - skype, email, then things are more complicated with organizing the storage of project files.
By project files, I mean:
1. documents (contracts, specifications, reports, estimates, commercial offers, etc.);
2. files for developers (design, layout, texts, descriptions, etc.);
3. other files (the set is different from project to project - emulators, screenshots, etc.).
System requirements:
1. availability on different devices (PC, smartphone);
2. access for all project participants;
3. separation of access by roles (the technical team should not see contracts or commercial offers, for example);
4. versioning - it is very important to be able to see how the file has changed (or at least to see a set of its versions with dates);
5. ease of use, accessibility - the easiest way to upload/add/copy/delete files.
What I tried:
1. google drive, dropbox - no versioning, no roles;
2. files in JIRA - no file hierarchy, files must be linked to the task context, no versioning;
3. shared folder - no versioning, only available online.
Is there such a system or a system similar in terms of set of functions? Share how you organize the process / solve such a problem.
Thank you!

Office 365 - the easiest plan for 220 r per user. Easily integrates with local Active Directory - simple and secure access. OneDrive 1 TB + offline synchronization with Document Libraries on the portal.
Usually, each project is placed on a separate subsite, and the rights to all elements are flexibly distributed both by roles (groups) and by users (document libraries, task lists, etc.).
