Throws in the bios, what's the problem?

In general, they assembled a computer, at startup 4 beeps and throws it into the BIOS (AMI) with the text Image is not loaded, ROM Image update denied.
You can close the BIOS without saving the settings (Discard and Exit) and the operating system starts (Win10)
