After overclocking the RAM, the PC does not turn on. What to do?

Bought a new pc; got into the bios put the xmp profile on the g skill ripjaws v series 2x8 RAM on the mother Msi b350 gaming pro carbon the PC does not turn on. Tried reset a couple of times didn't help. I just didn't take out the battery. But the PC does not turn off, it just works.
