ACER. Secure Boot and UEFI. How to reconfigure?

There is a laptop ACER Aspire v5-531. I'm trying to change the axis, but it refuses to install, because I need to set the UEFI mode to Legacy. I went into the BIOS, but there is no such option. Although the site says that it should be in the Boot section. It's not in any section. I read on the Internet that in order for the option to become visible, you need to set a Supervisor password. I installed it, rebooted the laptop, went into the BIOS, entered this password, but there is still no option needed. How to be?

@charon

what about OS? Modern operating systems can be installed in UEFI mode, even Linux.
