How to setup Bios to install WinXP on Asus netbook?

Good afternoon! There is no disk drive on the netbook, so I'm trying to install the official Windows XP via an 8 GB USB flash drive, which I prepared using the Unetbootin program. It feels like the system simply does not see the flash drive. In the Boot settings I tried different options, it does not work

1. Create a bootable flash using the usual UltraISO (Write Disk Image option), charging it with any suitable WinXP autorun iso image. If there is a WinXP seat with autostart, then such an image can be made from this CD using the same UltraISO.
2. In BIOS Setup, when setting the Hard Disk Drives item, move the boot flash from the second place to the first, then it will appear in the Boot Device Priority item.
