Three offices, three microtics, two providers at the head office and vpn. how to connect all this?

Good afternoon.
There is a head office with two providers with white ip addresses.
There are two branches that should connect via vpn to the main office.
Mikrotiks are everywhere.
How to set up a network so that when one provider fails at the head office, vpn switches to it?

Two operators at the central office means two public IP addresses. So build two tunnels at once from each of the addresses to each branch. I don’t know what kind of routing you will have there (static, ospf, bgp), but make sure that there are two identical routes through different tunnels, and the main one is through one of them. When one operator crashes, one vpn falls, the route through it will be lost, the traffic will go through another.
