Why does the connection to the Internet break on the repeater connected via Mikrotik?
Good evening. There is Internet access (PPPoE). The apartment has 2 routers for better WiFi reception. The second was connected as a repeater stupidly through the Lan input with DHCP disabled. Everything worked, everything is fine. I decided to change the main router to Mikrotik (hap lite ac) since there is an interest to turn the piece of iron (I am a 3rd line technical support specialist in RT), so my colleagues assured me that if something didn’t work out, they would help with the setup. Yes, in principle, it happened, they explained what was what (at a minimum of course) everything works, IP-TV, WiFi, but there was a problem. The Zyxel Keenetic Lite router acts as a repeater, but when connected according to the same scheme as before (in the Lan port of the repeater), the Internet appears on the devices for about 3-5 minutes, and then no site is available, as well as Mikrotik itself when trying to ping it through a repeater. When configuring the repeater to access the network via wan, it was not possible to raise the Internet access to zyxel, but on Sagemcom it turned out, but different networks are obtained and access to the Mikrotik settings disappears ... The essence of the question is why, when connected through a local port, after some time on the repeater falls off the Internet? Thanks

You work in support of Rostelecom and don't know such things? Or just recently? (I'm not trying to offend. I'm surprised)
If Mikrotik is configured as standard, then most likely there is a jamb on the repeater.
It is necessary the following - to switch off (recheck) DHCP on a repeater.
Set the repeater LAN address from the DHCP addresses of the Mikrotik
Example of standard settings -
Mikrotik 192.168.88.1 / 24 (mask)
Repeater 192.168.88.2 / 24
(what addresses does your Mikrotik issue?)
Is it possible that Mikrotik and the repeater have the same addresses ??
It does not try to check and raise the PPPOE to the Rostelecom repeater (if it was once configured there.)
Another option is to reset the repeater to default, remove DHCP, set the address manually and see what happens.
