How to set up Internet access from different IPs?

Description:
There are 5 users who are running windows server 2008r2 (hereinafter simply 2008r2) running as a VMWare virtual machine on winodws 2012r2 (hereinafter simply 2012r2). On 2012r2, port 2323 is configured to forward to port 3389, which is on 2008r2. thus users come on RDP on 2008r2 and work.
There are also 5 Mikrotik geographically in different locations.
What you need:
It is necessary that each of these users access the Internet through the Mikrotik indicated by me (go to the Internet from its IP address). How would you set it up?

1. If users will not work at the same time, then you can simply change the default route. For example, by raising the VPN to the desired Mikrotik and redirecting all traffic to the VPN, or in any other suitable way.
2. If you need users to work simultaneously, then the previous scheme will not work. In this case, each user has his own virtual machine, each virtual machine goes to the Internet through its own microtic.
3. If the nodes on the Internet where 5 users go are all different, then you can resolve the routing table by sending traffic to a specific node through a specific microtic.
