How to add an OS X virtual machine to a local network?

There is a computer with Windows. A VMware virtual machine with OS X Mavericks is deployed on it (viewtopic.php?t=4653517 on the root tracker)
How to add it to the local network in order to see it from Windows and have access to folders?

In VmWare, set the network type to bridged
