What are the ways to connect on a separate channel with a cell tower?
Good afternoon. There is a cell tower within walking distance and an agreement with this operator for 50Mbps, is it possible to connect to this tower directly via cable or do I need some kind of wireless equipment? What equipment can receive and issue stably these 50 Mbps?

The only one who knows the exact answer to this question is your operator with whom you have an agreement.
Any other answers will be guesswork.
Judging by the comments, you are not allowed to throw a cable to the switch under the tower.
Then, if the problem is with speed, you can put a highly directional antenna. This is slightly illegal, but you are paying for a separate channel, so the operator should not be against it.
The tower can only be connected wirelessly.
