- How can I get the winbox port to open in the default (factory) configuration? That is, for example, I reset the router settings to the original ones, but at the same time the port I need remains open.

1) If you want to upgrade your skills, you can buy the cheapest RB751 or download the ISO image and run it in VirtualBox with a free 24 hour license. RouterOS will be the same. CCR is overkill.
2) By default, everything is closed on the WAN interface, everything is closed on the LAN interface. You can quickly change by pouring the necessary commands via SSH or API.
