There is an office network. Softether vpn server is running on one of the PCs.
Mikrotik accesses the Internet via a usb modem, connects the client to the server (l2tp).
There is a connection. Next, I need to access devices on the Mikrotik local network from the server PC, and I don’t know if it can be done?

you can, if you fumble in routing
