How to limit speed on Mikrotik?

Good afternoon.
Essence of the question: There are several clients connected via Mikrotik, each client has a real IP.
Internet access is implemented through the bridge.
Is there a way to limit the speed on a port? Tried with Queve - doesn't work.

This is perfectly done through Queues.
