How to isolate wired MikroTik clients?

Is it possible to isolate wired clients connected to the router from each other? Clients are connected to an unmanaged switch, and the switch is connected to a router port. Is it possible to isolate clients from each other using something similar to the default-forward option in wireless connections?

After the words "unmanaged switch" did not read further. No, nothing can be done, there will be no isolation.

Alternatively, you can create a server on the pppoe router and then each client of your network will have a certain VPN, and then you can configure the firewall on the router as you like.

If clients are under control - configure ipsec or pppoe/vpn. Both options require configuration on client machines. Both options are gluttonous in terms of resources, cumbersome, dreary. ipsec will be slightly more accurate.
If clients are uncontrollable - just get rid of the unmanaged switch. Although this option is preferable in the first case.
