"This host is unknown" - how to solve a connection problem?

I raised 1C and SQL on the server.
The remote client connects via the Internet through a thick client at the ip address (this ip made a domain name, you can enter both ip and domain).

Запись в DNS типа А для домена test.com со значением 134.44.33.23

I get an error This host is unknown (1068). Usually I enter the server name and IP in hosts on the client and then the connection is established.
myserver 134.44.33.23
But I would like to solve this issue differently, without any hosts , VPN and web clients there.
I suspect that it is necessary to decide somehow through dns.
Any thoughts on how to do it right?
It is necessary that on any computer where 1s is installed - enter the domain, enter the name of the database and that's it, without any tinkering.

картинка не моя, но примерно тоже самое

Googled, but all the answers are the same - enter the server name in hosts.

@anton99zel

Are the ports open?
1560 - 1591 - for the working process;
1541 - for the cluster manager;
1540 - for the server agent (not necessary if there is only one central server of the cluster).
Next... Specifically in your error, what is the value of server_addr ? In short, in the settings of your server, in the "name" field must be the fully qualified domain name that you have registered in DNS.ec9d12288b05b245e96f610b4273f5af.jpg

Hosts is just a crutch. The normal solution is to add the name to the DNS zone. If all your hosts are served by one local domain, you can go to the local one. Otherwise - to the public.
