What is the best way to set up dns?

Given: I do not have admin access to the domain, but I will be given the dns required for me, where is it better to go, so that I can change all the other records on my own?
I know that Yandex seems to have something similar.
I'd love to hear implementation options.

Apparently you are talking about domain delegation . Your domain is delegated to the servers you specify. There are various services that provide delegation, but most are paid. Yandex does not have something similar, but exactly this. The project is called pdd . The main function is to provide mail for the domain. But in order to use this (free) service, you need to delegate the domain to the Yandex servers, while you get control of the DNS zone, i.e. you will be able to prescribe different records for your domain. I use in several projects, I recommend.
PS The only thing you may have difficulty with is "domain ownership confirmation", just read everything carefully first, and only then do it.
