They returned the money for the domain, but it is now busy. What does it mean?

I registered a domain in the ".ru" zone on 2domains. I topped up the
balance, paid for the registration, after which the money was returned to my account, but the domain is now busy. It is not in the list of "my domains". What could be the reason?

There are a couple of options.
- Another person applied for the same domain from another registrar, and he fussed faster
- The registrar liked the domain and, imitating an error, decided to take it for himself or resell it
