Will corporate mail break when changing DNS?

Hello.
Can you please tell me if there will be problems with corporate mail that has a domain address if you change DNS?
Now for all employees, mail works like this - [email protected], but site.ru needs to change DNS to another hosting. Feels the heart that the mail will stop working.

If you leave the MX records in place, everything should be fine
