There was a distinction between 2 monitors, how to remove it?

Not so long ago I started using a second monitor, a couple of days ago I had a problem that created a little discomfort.
When you try to move the window from 1 to 2 monitors with the mouse, the window "stops" at the border between monitors and tries to expand the window to the right area without moving to the 2nd monitor.
Is it possible to handle this not through Shift+Win+Right/Left?

And in the "Display Options" are the monitors set in the correct order? Check that the left and right are not confused.
