Bought headphones. Came home and turned them on. The microphone works, everyone can hear me well, but I can't hear anyone. Absolutely no one. I don't even have any hint of sound. I'm running with Windows 10 Home. Headphones 7.1 Surround Sound. What could be the problem?

Good day. Do you have a problem with other headphones or speakers that connect to the green 3.5mm jack ??? Are you connecting to the front panel of the case or the motherboard cover? The problem may lie in the fact that your case plug is not connected to the board connector marked AUDIO, etc. If not, then check the selected device in the control panel in the audio playback area.
