There is no option to disable network Boot in the BIOS, what should I do?

I wanted to start booting Windows from a USB flash drive. An error pops up. They said that she gets out when the network is turned on. The whole bios is gone. Didn't find a turn off. Comp 10 years ago bios phoenix securecore tiano setup. I wanted to update but the error also pops up. What to do?
