How to install Linux on a laptop with UEFI (IRBIS)?

Hello! There is a recently purchased IRBIS laptop with standard Windows 10. There was a need to install Linux instead of Windows, but the laptop stubbornly refuses to boot from a bootable flash drive. I tried a bunch of images, created UEFI + GPT - compatible images with Rufus, nothing helps. And the flash drive is really working, I checked it on several computers. You can’t disable UEFI through the BIOS either, because there aren’t even tabs like Security or Advance Options, etc. The BIOS sees the flash drive, but when you try to boot, the screen flashes and returns back to the BIOS. Please tell me what to do, thanks in advance!
This is what the BIOS looks like:

This is configured on the BOOT tab.

Almost the same situation with Prestigio Smartbook 133S (CPU Celeron \ RAM - 3GB)
When starting from a recorded flash drive, a black screen and a cursor in the center of the screen or in the lower right corner.
But for example, a bootable USB flash drive with a win 10 build from sergeistrelec.ru loads correctly.
Witchcraft with BIOS settings, various utilities for assembling bootable USBs have not yet yielded any results.
The above solution doesn't work yet.

== Regarding Linux, the problem is definitely in the rude, the custom assembly of ubunta with a different bootloader works fine, if you want you can try.
custom build ubunta 17.10 betalinuxiumcomau.blogspot.com
