There is no connection to the server, what should I do?

Hello.
Last week we moved from the cloud to the box.
Over the weekend, a standard problem surfaced for - a red bar and the inscription "There is no connection to the server."
We started rummaging through the nginx settings, push&pull, started looking for the signature code from this recommendation , and eventually found out that the required folder simply did not exist on the virtual machine.
Who solved this problem?

First you need to configure the server itself.
Bitrix VM has a special menu - 10. Configure Push/RTC service .
If you use your own configuration, then you will have to play around with the server a lot, because. no other documentation is provided.
