How to pacify Bitrix backup?

They asked me to make a backup of the site with Bitrix. For some reason, in any case, backups are divided into several parts. I tried to set the maximum size of uncompressed data to several gigabytes or 0. Both in the folder and in the cloud, the archives are split into several parts. All parts are 100 MB in size.
They also asked me to make a copy of this site on a test server (test period of the SmartApe hoster), but there either a 502 error occurs at random moments when unzipping (archives are not compressed), or unzipping ends with an error about file size mismatch.

And so we set up a backup.
1 file size set to 300000 I think your site is smaller. You will have 1 archive.
2. Turn on check the amount after backup, here's a 100% working archive for you.
3. 502 is not an error of either the archive or the site, it is a server error, in fact, you took a shit hosting and bitirks is not to blame here. But for such shitty hosting in Bitrix there is a default step parameter, it is 30 seconds. put 10

Actually, there is no need to suffer so much.
Make a complete archive of site files and a complete dump of the database.
Deploy both on test hosting.
Correct the settings in dbconn.php to the current ones
. And already in the Bitrix admin panel, correct the site settings.
No pitfalls if PHP and MySQL settings are about the same.
