How to transfer infoblock properties?

How to transfer 400+ infoblock properties to a separate table if more than 50 are not allowed? There is a special module in the market for this, but it did not work and does not give any errors. Is there any other solution to this issue?

Divide into groups into several infoblocks with the same properties.
The transfer itself can be done in 3 ways:
1) transfer the content with direct sql queries;
2) via Bitrix api in php;
3) import/export xml;
