There are 42 workstations in different parts of the country. It is necessary to connect them all to the client-server via a secure connection. What is the best and most profitable way to do this?

I think to put the continent in the server network. Does it make sense to install continents on all workstation locales? And in general, what additional equipment and software may come in handy. I'm still a young novice networker, and this is the first time I've faced such a task :(

look at the Continent. https://youtu.be/8sYTi4WtEuY.
In addition to the continent, there is also VipNet - it also knows how to build secure networks. Tsiska has a module certified by the FSB/FSTEC. In general, there are many solutions.
and where does the requirement of exclusively certified equipment/solution come from?

Do you need a certified solution? Just some kind of openvpn hang out?
