How do I configure an associated NAT IP?

Hello, I apologize for a possibly stupid question, but I just can't figure it out myself.

The bottom line is, there are two Oracle servers. Let's call Server1 and Server2. They are the same, on Ubuntu 20.10
Oracle itself opened all connections to the firewall for the duration of testing.
Installed the HestiaCP panel on Server1.
Installed the KeyHelp panel on Server2.

The fact is that HestiaCP automatically configured NAT IP itself. Thus, everything works correctly there.
In dns, the necessary ip, mail is sent, and so on.

But the situation with KeyHelp is a little different, the external IP was not automatically set there.
There as I understand the local IP. And because of this, it does not send mail, indicates the wrong ip address for linking the domain, and so on.

The question is how to manually configure / forward or something else, I just don’t quite understand what exactly needs to be done, but in HestiaCP the rule was automatically created, which means you can come up with something on Server2.

As you can see, the internal ip is specified, but you need an external one.
I wonder how to configure the network via SSH so that the ip address on Server2 is the same as on Server1?
As I understand it, if you specify the address somehow, it will automatically be displayed in KeyHelp in the Active IP addresses section.

Here is an example of a clear difference.
Server1, HestiaCP. The external IP is specified in the DNS settings, everything works correctly.

Server2, KeyHelp . In the DNS settings, the internal IP is specified, the site does not work.

Looking forward to your tips, thanks!
Sorry if I described the situation in a confusing way :)
