How to bypass VPN blocking?

No. There is no reception against scrap. Only moving from GRE to OpenVPN/IPSec.
This is unfortunately a trend - many "super-providers" have recently begun to block GRE, as well as port 1723, citing various ridiculous reasons for this. L2tp or openvpn is yours... ipsec is harder to set up...
