How to distribute the Internet from an outdoor router (with a built-in SIM)?

There is a street router with a built-in sim. It is powered by a power supply through poe, and in the same power supply there is a lan output, as I understood from the type of switch. With a direct connection from it to the PC, there is Internet, the address of the router is 192.168.0.1. If I connect the same cable to the wan of the asus router (address 192.168.1.1), I get the error "The DHCP service of the Internet service provider is not working properly." Then the error disappears and "Internet status - disabled" remains. Dhcp, nat enabled. Connection type wan - automatic ip. However, if you connect via wi-fi from your phone, the Internet works. Connecting lan asus to pc - no internet. The laptop does not have wireless internet either. Internet on Wi-Fi does not work on iPhones yet. I am confused.

Try to turn off DHCP on the wifi router, and insert the wire into lan (and not into wan)

It's probably because your provider has blocked this ip. (Honestly, I'm just guessing)

Try manually typing in the address on the WAN port of Asus (for example, 192.168.0.10).
On the phone, if android, there is a function to use the mobile Internet even when WIFI is turned on.

Didn't understand anything.
1. Plug the wire from the street router into the computer (laptop) -
a) is there Internet on the computer?
b) What settings did his network card get automatically?
2. If there is an Internet and the address of the network card has become, say, 192,168,0,2 - everything is OK, DHCP is enabled on the outdoor
router WAN)!!!- and here it is, HAPPINESS - you will get Internet at home by wire and WiFi from your home router.
