Themeforest and Visual Composer in Wordpress Themes?

I've been following the Envato marketplace and I see a lot of themes with Visual Composer built in. It can be seen that buyers like it and these themes are bestsellers. It's expensive to buy an extended license for every theme, but is it possible to cram in some free Visual Composer demo? Disabled type. I just sometimes saw themes with a built-in plugin, but with the front-end-build function turned off.
Or maybe there are free (for commercial use too) page builders that are built into the theme?
