There is a very good tool for this - figma , it has a very convenient command library function - this is when all designers and developers have access to one "master file" in which all design elements are collected. All these elements are duplicated throughout the team and displayed in their library, they can use all these elements in any layout and every change in the "master file" will lead to a change in all related files.
