The Skype for Business meeting recording size is limited to 30kb. How to fix?

The essence of the problem:
- The user collects a meeting using Skype For Business software, when the meeting starts, it includes a video recording of the conference. The recording goes on, no errors occur. The meeting ends, the video recording stops.
- Launches the Skype Recording Manager, sees the video there, with the status - Processing. We wait a couple of minutes, the status changes to - Completed. We go to the folder with the video, and it has a size of 25-29KB. Launches the view, we see only the start screen of the meeting, which indicates the topic of the conference and who is gathering. Everything. The duration of the video is 1-3 seconds.

This situation was on 16.04, then, the next meetings were from 21.04 - there are video recordings without errors, full, an hour and a half. Then from 07.05 to this time - videos are 23-25KB in size, 1-3s long.

The logs are empty, WINDOWS 7, the user has rights, especially the folder for the videos is local user. When you turn on video recording, there are also no errors, the logs are clean.

Google says nothing, I don’t know what to do anymore. Can anyone come across?
