How to deal with the redirection of sound from headphones to speakers at the time of launch and during a conversation in Skype in Windows 7?

If you listen to, say, music on headphones on a laptop and at that time you start Skype - for a few seconds during the startup process, the music disappears in the headphones and yells at the whole room through the speakers (which is especially funny in light of the fact that I have headphones, unlike speakers are muffled and the volume is usually near the maximum). If you start talking on Skype, then during the entire conversation, only the interlocutor's speech is output to the headphones, and all other sounds (for example, the same music from the player and everything in general) are output through the speakers (but I would like to mix them and output everything through the same headphones) . Is it possible to deal with this somehow? Dell E5500 laptop, IDT sound, Windows 7 32-bit OS (there was no such problem under XP, although I don’t know for sure whether the new version of Windows, Skype or audio drivers is to blame for this).
