The site loads the RAM or the processor, why?

Hey!
There is a site lingua-cat.com, when you go to it:
1) it takes a long time to load
2) after the nth number of seconds, the cooler starts to buzz and the browser starts to slow down (even safari)
What is the problem, who will tell the thread?
I googled something, supposedly there is a script that deliberately loads the computer's processor, but there is very little information about it, that's why I'm asking here

@bootd

I instantly booted up, looked at the task manager for 2 minutes, but did not see any anomalies there!
The tab with your site takes me 4-5% of the processor and about 150-160MB of memory. Something you come up with)). In the background on the site, the Yandex map and its web browser are constantly working, which constantly send requests to their servers, which is normal, I didn’t notice anything else.
