Replacing the processor in iMac 2012 - which one to replace the i7 3770s?

I have an iMac 21.5 2012 A1418 with i5 3330s (2.7Ghz) on board. According to the specifications, the maximum processor was i7 3770s (3.1Ghz), heat dissipation 65w.

It is now difficult and expensive to find such a processor for workers, the usual 3770 is cheaper and there are many more of them on the market.

Actually the question is, can anyone have experience.

Is it possible to replace the i7 3770s with a regular i7 3770 (77w vs 65w stock)? Or even Xeon 1270 v2?

And does the iMac use the integrated video core in the processor when it has discrete graphics?
