On what basis is it possible to build a mobile (wearable) computer without a disk using a LiveCD?

You need to assemble a mobile (preferably) device with which you can use a Live CD (on SSD) with an installed OS, browser and security programs. On what elemental (and software) basis is it easiest to do this.
