The site is not indexed, what's wrong?

I made a website on this hosting, the tariff is free, I use wordpress, the hosting gave my third-level domain, and the site is not indexed
in wordpress unchecked the indexation, before that it was, I tried to add the site to the Yandex webmaster, added their html to the root, on the webmaster's website I click check, but it says Rights are not confirmed, what else should I do?

1- Try to add a webmaster to Yandex using the meta tag.
2- Make sure that your hosting does not block indexing before purchasing a paid account (as an option)
3- Check robots.txt for indexing prohibition lines
4- Check site pages for indexing prohibition in head
