Should I close the "All objects" page from indexing?

Hello.
Help make a decision.
I'm already tired of rushing between two options and pulling the programmer, setting tasks to do the same thing.
Dilemma:
There is a site catalog of sports facilities (the site is still under development) with a wide geography of cities, each of which has objects of a certain section (Fitness clubs, Stadiums, etc.): saysport.info/catalog/places
I understand that the main pages that I want to catch visitors on are pages that respond to queries like "Fitness clubs in Vladivostok": https://goo.gl/NjM81c
But I also have the main page of the catalog, which has 1700 pagination pages, if neither the city nor the section was selected in the filter: saysport.info/catalog/places
Question:
Should I let search bots index this page without the selected filters?

  • Argument "For": if the crawler visits this page, it will most likely index the newly added objects faster, since they appear at the beginning.
  • Argument "Con" (not sure): the search robot will regularly walk through the huge number of pagination pages of this main page, instead of indexing those landing pages that respond to the necessary queries of visitors.

@Mark54

Let it index, if something goes wrong, you will see it in Yandex or Google Master.
